Workplace Violence in Healthcare

This course presents fundamental information on workplace violence in healthcare environments. Upon completing the course, employees should:
– Understand the hazards that are associated with aggressive behavior in healthcare environments.
– Understand the purpose and content of a Workplace Violence Prevention Program.
– Know safe practices that they can use to help prevent violent behavior in their facility.
– Know what to do if violence occurs while they are at work.
