Preventing Contamination in the Laboratory

This course discusses the prevention of contamination in the laboratory. Upon completing the course, employees should:
– Recognize how contamination can be spread in a laboratory.
– Understand what personal protective equipment and engineering controls can be used to help reduce the risk of contamination.
– Know ways to protect people, experiments and equipment from being contaminated.
