Fighting Fatigue in the Workplace

This course presents fundamental information about fighting fatigue in the workplace. Upon completing the course, employees should:
– Understand what fatigue is and what causes it.
– Understand the safety and health hazards that are associated with fatigue in the workplace.
– Know what employers can do to help reduce employees’ fatigue in their facilities.
– Know what they can do to avoid fatigue themselves.
