Fatigue and Its Effects for CMV Drivers

This course presents fundamental information for Commercial Motor Vehicle drivers about fatigue and how it can affect their driving. Upon completing the course, drivers should:

– Be able to identify various types of sleep disorders and their symptoms.
– Understand how following the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) “Hours-of-Service” regulation can help them prevent fatigue-related accidents.
