Computer Workstation Safety

This course presents fundamental information on computer workstation safety. Upon completing the course, employees should:
– Understand ways they could be injured working at a computer.
– Know how to adjust their workstation and work habits to prevent injury.
– Be able to perform exercises to relieve mental and physical stress and strain.
