Bullying and Other Disruptive Behavior: for Managers and Supervisors

This course presents fundamental information for managers and supervisors on bullying and other disruptive behavior. Upon completing the course, managers and supervisors should:
– Be able to recognize bullying and other disruptive behavior in the workplace.
– Understand how to prevent bullying and other disruptive behavior in their departments.
– Know how to investigate cases of bullying and other disruptive behavior, and intervene as necessary.
