OSHA Recordkeeping for Managers and Supervisors

OSHA Recordkeeping… for Managers and Supervisors Program on USB discusses the OSHA forms that should be used to report various types of injuries and illnesses, the timelines for filing them and employee rights under the regulations. Managers and supervisors can make their facilities safer with OSHA’s recordkeeping system, referred to as “Part 1904”. In this course, managers and supervisors will learn how to identify work-related injuries and illnesses, and the requirements for reporting them. The program includes information on the importance of recordkeeping, what constitutes an injury and illness, the definition of “work-related” and “new” cases, using OSHA forms 300, 300A and 301, who must file OSHA reports, employee rights and “time critical” reporting and more.
